Terms and Conditions
- Artworks must be labelled on the reverse with: Name, Contact number, Title, Price & Section
- All entries must be original, executed within the last 24 months & not previously entered in The Coraki Art Prize
- The artist may submit no more than TWO (2) entries
- Artworks must be delivered with hanging devices at delivery times specified
- Maximum size for works is 1.2m x 0.9m including frame
- Sculpture must be freestanding and fit within a 1.5 x 1.5m sq floor space
- Photography must be original works & not ai generated
- A handling fee of 10% for sale of artworks applies to adult sections
- All entries are accepted, displayed and returned at the owner’s risk, the Coraki Art Prize Committee accepts no liability for loss or damage
- Freight, return freight and insurance must be prepaid by the artist if applicable
- The Committee reserves the right to have any entries reproduced for promotional purposes, artist credited
- Should any dispute arise for which there is no specific course of action or rule, the matter shall be referred to the Committee whose decision will be final
- The judges’ decisions are final
- The Committee reserves the right to cancel any section if there are less than 5 exhibitors
- All works must be collected at the times specified, if not no responsibility will be taken for the works
Delivery and Pick up of Art Works
DELIVERY OF ARTWORK
Sunday 19th October 4pm - 6pm
Monday 20th October 10am - 4pm
Tuesday 21st October 10am - 4pm
Works can be delivered to the hall during the above times only
All entries are accepted, displayed and returned at the owner’s risk.
COLLECTION OF ARTWORK
Sunday 27th October 3pm - 6pm
Monday 28th October 8am - 12pm
Works can be collected from the hall during the above times only
